This session uncovers the most common expressions of tension between founders and partners, from “blame and shame” to stonewalling and defensiveness. We’ll introduce practical frameworks and tools for moving through conflict productively. Participants will also engage in an initial “ways of partnering” exercise to clarify how they want to work together. You’ll leave with actionable strategies to build durable, resilient relationships.
