I specialize in strategy, funding, back-office operations, compliance and contract management for small businesses supporting federal government clients. My experience spans 40+years in company leadership, investment, advisory and mentoring roles in both national security and civilian markets.

As founder of a boutique investment bank, I also helped business owners prepare for and execute the sale of their company.
