My training and experience: I am a lawyer with 40 years of experience advising for-profit and nonprofit entities at the elementary through university, educational research and development, software as service companies and almost 1000 small business in Massachusetts. 

How I can help your business: I can help you with nearly all aspects of business law, from entity formation through employment law, real estate (leasing), protecting and commercializing intellectual property risk management, and dispute resolution.  

A bit more about me: In the mid 1970’s I served in the Peace Corps in Benin West Africa and later ran the American School of Mallorca before returning to the US to go to law school. My family and I are avid Patriots fans.
