She is a former WGBH/PBS producer for series including the Emmy Award–winning FRONTLINE, where she specialized in high-impact storytelling that engages audiences and connects complex ideas across diverse perspectives.

Susan is the co-founder and former CEO of Sweet Apparel, a consumer brand sold through major retailers including Walgreens and Target and featured in national media, such as The Wall Street Journal and The New York Times Magazine
