I specialize in construction and development, assisting and supporting those that are either in the industry, providing services to the industry or buying services from the industry.

Strategic Planning – Organizational Development, Process and Risk Analysis, and Marketing/Pitch Development

Analytics – Financial Modeling, Budgets and Controls, Project Cost Accounting and Cash Flow Management

Program Management – Capital and Project Administration, Governance, Reporting Systems and Dispute Resolution

I help jobs run better by defining & considering each element.

About me I have been blessed with work in the Construction Industry for more than forty years. Initially, I worked for start- ups and individual entrepreneurs, often on construction projects behind schedule and over-the-budget. I then spent about ten years negotiating change orders, claims and disputes for the Owner’s Construction Managers on the Deer Island Treatment Plant, the Big Dig, and the MetroWest Water Tunnel. For the last 20 years, I worked for MIT’s Department of Facilities in Capital Program Governance and Controls on behalf of the Provost Office.

A bit more In retirement, outside of mentoring, I am passionate about my family, my dogs, travel, abstract photography, and living in the moment.
