About me:

Last third of my 42 yr career in IT Consulting, I worked at HQ at CSC Consulting and MSFT Services working to prevent project problems. We developed contract and proposal templates and guidance, developed and taught contract construction, teaching around the world for the following:

- Statements of Work (SOW), Proposals, Budgetary Estimates
- Reviewed large deals at the US and WW approval levels before they could be submitted as well as reviewing troubled projects.

Along with Bill Hulsey, a BBM attorney, we created a library of commercial contract templates. Bill did the Legal side, and I did the Business side of contracts.
