About Me: I am a Boston-based business mentor, hands-on operational leader, and fractional COO with extensive experience in driving daily business performance and instilling company-wide accountability. My goal as a mentor is to help you cut through the noise and build a sustainable framework for your business. Outside of work, my life revolves around my wife and our grown daughters. I stay active through exercise, e-biking, and playing disc golf with friends, and I love attending music festivals a few times a year. I’m also deeply committed to community service, regularly volunteering with the Westborough Appalachia Service Project (ASP) to repair homes for families in need and mentor teens.
