How I can help your business: I can help you with many aspects of business law, including entity formation and governance, contracts, leases, real estate law, business acquisitions and sales, bankruptcy, business plans, cash flow, and restructurings.

My training and experience: I am a lawyer having commenced practicing in 1975 until my retirement in 2016. While practicing, I was exposed to many types of business, including financial institutions, retailers, wholesalers and manufacturers. I have been working as a volunteer mentor for small businesses since 2020.   

A Bit More About Me. Outside of work, I spend much of my time with my four grandchildren, at the Red Sox (season ticket holder since the 70's) and on the golf course. I served on the board and as President of a local club and am now on the board of a New England golf association.
